Waste Services over Christmas and New Year 2016/17
The following outlines the arrangements for collection of household and trade recycling/food waste/refuse and the opening times of the Household Waste and Recycling Centres over the festive period.
- Collections scheduled for Monday 26th December will now be made on Friday 30th December
- Collections scheduled for Monday 2nd January will now be made on Friday 6th January
- Collections scheduled for Tuesday 27th December and Tuesday 3rd January will be made as usual.
All affected properties will receive a postcard with this collection schedule information in the week commencing 12th December.
All Household Waste and Recycling Centres will close at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 24th December, remain closed on 25th & 26th of December and reopen as normal on Tuesday 27th December. They will also close at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 31st December, remain closed on 1st and 2nd January and reopen as normal on Tuesday 3rd January.
