Meldrum Academy Parent Council present
Celebrated Scottish musicians Phil Cunningham and Aly Bain will again be showing off their talents in Oldmeldrum on Saturday 3 September in a concert organised by the Meldrum Academy Parent Council. This intimate concert will give you the opportunity to understand the skills that have earned them the title:
” simply the best traditional musicians you are ever likely to hear”
2016 sees Aly and Phil mark many milestones. This will be their 30th year of working together, Aly turns 70 [hard to believe!] In May and Phil also celebrates 40 years as a professional musician. To celebrate, they plan some surprises on their annual trip around Scotland including a nostalgic backdrop of images from all those years along with the release of a new album.
