The old surgery is constructed with granite outer walls and all internal divisions are plasterboard partitions and easily adaptable.

Please note that we are seeking an expression of interest to be returned by the 7th of January. We have not stated a rental figure, as this will be dependent upon the nature of what is proposed. It may be a full repairing and insuring lease for a straight business proposal, however, we may consider less formal arrangements such as the operation of a business from within the building shared with the trust or other activity. This is fully open to your proposal.
