This is an opportunity for someone looking to start a career in a busy kitchen environment or an experienced Kitchen Porter looking for a full time position. Our Kitchen Porter plays an important role within our busy kitchen,
Key responsibilities are:-
Preparing ingredients for senior chefs
Measuring ingredients and portion sizes
Helping with deliveries and stock
Washing dishes & maintaining the kitchen hygiene standards
Our ideal candidate will:-
Be motivated and enthusiastic
Relish working in a busy, fast paced environment
Have the ability to work logically and methodically
Be flexible to work different shifts and long hours
Ensure good hygiene and health and safety at all times
Full time position working 5 days out of 7. We are open 7 days a week so weekend working is essential and shifts will vary.
